MINI pistachio cake怎么做好吃又简单

主料

Pistachios :125 g
Butter :140 g
Powdered sugar :160 g
Flour :90 g
Powdered almonds :140 g
Eggs :2

辅料

具体步骤

1. Finely chop the pistachios. In a large bowl, blend the pistachios with the powdered almonds, flour and powdered sugar and add the melted butter and eggs.

2. Blend until the batter is smooth then pour it into the moulds and bake in a preheated oven at 180o C for 15 minutes.
